Abstract


Articolul de față scoate în evidență importanța inteligenței spirituale prin prisma dimensiunilor sale: gândirea critică existențială, producerea de sens personal, conștiința transcendentală și expansiunea stării de conștiință. În acest context, sunt reflectate rezultatele experimentului psihopedagogic cu referire la inteligența spirituală a cadrelor didactice univer­si­tare, la etapa de constatare, formare și control.

 

PECULIARITIES OF SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE WITH ACADEMIC STAFF -
      EXPERIMENTAL FRAMEWORK

This article highlights the importance of spiritual intelligence from the perspective of its dimensions: critical existentialism thinking, personal meaning production, transcendental awareness and conscious state expansion. In this context, the results of the psycho-pedagogical experiment with reference to the spiritual intelligence of the academic staff, to the stage of finding, training and control are reflected.
