EDUCAŢIA DE GEN ÎN CONTEXT FORMAL-NONFORMAL-INFORMAL

Abstract


În prezentul articol este abordată educația de gen. Constatările și concluziile sunt făcute în baza analizei unor experiențe practice, subiectul fiind explorat în context formal-nonformal-informal. Experienţele acumulate demonstrează că educaţia de gen trebuie începută la etapa timpurie a socializării de gen, din copilărie, şi trebuie să poarte caracter continuu. În acest sens, educaţia de gen trebuie să devină parte componentă atât a educației formale, cât și a celei non­formale și in­for­male.

 

GENDER EDUCATION IN A FORMAL-NON-FORMAL-INFORMAL CONTEXT

This article addresses the issue of gender education. The findings and conclusions are made based on the analysis of real practices the subject being explored in a formal-non-formal-informal context. The experience gained shows that gender education must begin at the early stage of gender socialisation, in the childhood and must be continuous. In this sense, gender education must become part of both formal and non-formal, and informal education.
