CĂI DE EFICIENTIZARE A MANAGEMENTULUI COMERCIAL ÎN SECTORUL AGROALIMENTAR

Abstract


Creşterea performanţelor privind sectorul agroalimentar este o prioritate pentru economia RepubliciiMoldova. Com­petitivitatea ridicată, diversificarea gamei de produse, dar şi modalitatea de stabilire a principalelor pieţe de desfacere sunt doar câteva condiţii care ar conduce la eficientizarea managementului comercial în sectorul agroalimentar. În scopul eficientizării managementului comercial în sectorul agroalimentar, autorii au aplicat o modalitate prin intermediul căreia managerii îşi pot spori performanţele privind comercializarea produselor agroalimentare.

WAYS TO OPTIMIZE THE COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT OF AGRIFOOD SECTOR

Improving performance in the agri-food sector is a priority for the Moldovan economy. The high competitiveness, the diversification of the range of products and the way of establishing the main markets are only a few conditions that would lead to the efficient management of the agri-food sector. In order to make commercial management more efficient in the agri-food sector, the authors have applied a way through which managers can enhance their performance in selling agri-food products.
