MONO- ŞI POLIHIDROXIFTALOCIANINE DE ZINC GREFATE CU POLIMERI CARBAZOLICI PENTRU MATERIALE FOTOSENSIBILE

Abstract


În lucrarea de faţă este descrisă sinteza mono- şi polihidroxiftalocianinelor de zinc, care au fost supuse grefării la unii copolimeri carbazolici cu scopul de a crea materiale fotosensibile. Au fost sintetizate straturi subţiri din pulberile obţinute şi pentru analiza acestora s-a utilizat difracţia de raze X, spectroscopia FTIR şi spectroscopia UV-VIS. Prezenţa fragmen­tului de ftalocianină în polimeri-analogi se confirmă cu spectrele FTIR şi difractometria de raze X. Au fost realizate celule solare pe baza straturior sintetizate cu tensiunea circuitului deschis 0,43 Vşi 0,41 V pe baza mono- şi tetrahidro­xiftalocianinelor de zinc.

 

 

MONO- AND  POLYHYDROXYPHTALOCYANINE OF ZINC GRAFTED WITH CARBAZOLIC POLYMERS FOR THE PHOTOSENSIBLE MATERIALS

In the present scientific work we describes the synthesis of zinc mono- and polyhydroxyphtha- locyanines, which have been grafted to some carbazole copolymers in order to create photosen- sitive materials. From obtained powders thin films, which were characterized with X-ray diffraction (XRD), FTIR and UV-VIS spectroscopies were synthetized. The presence of the phthalocyanine fragment in the polymer-analogues were confirmed by the XRD and FTIR spectra. Solar cells based on zinc mono- and tetra-hydroxyphthalocyanines layers with 0.43 V and 0.41 V open circuit voltage, respectively were prepared.
