Abstract


STUDIEREA POTENŢIALULUI DE PĂSTRARE A SEMINŢELOR MOSTRELOR DE TRITICUM AESTIVUM L. ŞI DE TRITICUM DURUM L.

În articol sunt prezentate rezultatele evaluării parametrilor morfofiziologici ai seminţelor mostrelor din colecţia de grâu comun şi de grâu durum ce permit a elucida potenţialul de păstrare la conservarea lor ex situ. Genotipurile au fost clasificate în baza capacităţii de păstrare a viabilităţii seminţelor stocate în banca de gene. Testul de îmbătrânire accele­rată a seminţelor poate fi aplicat în scopul monitorizării mostrelor de colecţie din genofondul plantelor.

STUDY OF STORAGE POTENTIAL OF SEEDS OF TRITICUM AESTIVUM L. AND TRITICUM DURUM L. COLLECTION ACCESSIONS

 

This article presents the results of studies on characterization of morpho-physiological parameters of seeds of col­lec­tion accessions of soft and durum wheat that allowed identification of their storage potential during ex situ conservation. Grading of genotypes was performed taking into account their potential ability to maintain viability in plant gene bank. It is reasonably practicable to use accelerated aging test for monitoring of collection accessions of gene pool.
