Lucrarea prezintă o revistă a derivaților N(4)-ariltiosemicarbazidelor și a metodelor de sinteză a acestora. De asemenea, sunt evaluate căile de amplificare a proprietăților lor biologice, fiind scoase în evidență proprietățile antiproliferative asupra liniilor de celule de cancer, precum HeLa, MCD-7, SW620, MiaPaCa-2 și Hep-2, și proprietățile antimicrobiene, care pot servi drept bază pentru obținerea de noi inhibitori performanți în terapia anticancer. Au fost trasate căi pentru dezvoltarea sintezei organice în vederea obținerii unor derivați noi din seria N(4)-ariltiosemicarbazidelor.



This paper presents a review of N(4)-arilthiosemicarbazide derivatives. The synthesis methods of N(4)-arylthio­semicarbazides and their derivatives are described. There are also represented the possible ways of modification of their biological properties. The antiproliferative activity towards HeLa, MCD-7, SW620, MiaPaCa-2, and Hep-2 cancer cells and antimicrobial activity of these substances are revealed. These biological properties make it possible to use them as the basis for the obtaining of new performant molecular inhibitors that can be used in anticancer therapy. Some ways of the development of organic synthesis for the obtaining of new derivatives of N(4)-arilthiosemicarbazides were outlined.
