IDENTIFICĂRI CONCEPTUAL–TEORETICE ALE FENOMENULUI ,,PARADIPLOMAȚIE”

Abstract

Deși fenomenului „paradiplomație” în literatura de specialitate autohtonă i s-a acordat insuficientă atenție, sau, mai bine zis, în spațiul științific din Republica Moldova rămâne a fi un fenomen necunoscut, pentru reprezentanții comunității științifice occidentale, dar și pentru spațiul estic, acesta nu este un fenomen nou. În ultimele decenii, conceptul de para­diplomație a fost prezent în discuțiile academice și în teoria relațiilor internaționale. Deși fenomenul „paradiplomație” a apărut în anii 1970, abia la începutul sec.XXI acest concept a devenit prezent în cercetările științifice și în discursurile politicienilor. Prezentul articol are drept scop de a scoate în relief principalele concepte cu referire la fenomenul ,,paradiplomație”.

CONCEPTUAL-THEORETICAL IDENTIFICATIONS OF THE PHENOMENON OF “PARADIPLOMACY”

Although the phenomenon of “paradiplomacy” has been paid insufficient attention in the local literature, or rather remains an unknown phenomenon in the scientific area of the Republic of Moldova, whereas it is not a new phenomenon for the representatives of the Western scientific community, and for the Eastern area. In recent decades, the concept of para­diplomacy was tackled in academic discussions and in the international relations theory. Although the phenomenon of “paradiplomacy” appeared in the 1970s, it was only at the beginning of the 21^st century that this concept emerged in the scientific research and in the speeches of politicians.

This article aims to highlight the main concepts with reference to the phenomenon of “paradiplomacy”.
